One fall evening, as I was scouting for locations for a couple’s shoot at Lucy Vincent in Martha’s Vineyard, I ran into Sophia. I had seen her sitting on a rock and asked her if i could take her portrait with the film camera I had at the time. She agreed and afterwards we began to talk. Pretty soon after we decided to do a creative portrait shoot at Lucy Vincent the following week. We both did not know what to expect from each other as this would be only our second time meeting. I had asked her to wear solid colors and to be creative with what she chose. Here is a little bit of the magic created from that evening.
